The platform also facilitates appointment scheduling with relevant departments, offering convenient management of work-related interactions.

Health benefits are integrated through features like viewing HMO coverage, including virtual MediCard access and geolocation services for nearby healthcare facilities. Employees can manage their eP Bucks, consult health checklists, and retrieve pay slips via ePPay. Company communications are accessible through memos and important documents on ePDocs.

The virtual assistant feature provides real-time support via chat with Mobile Solutions and Concierge, allowing users to get immediate answers and upload relevant documents. Additionally, a chat survey gathers user feedback on virtual assistant interactions.
